Application: WRW4 is a synthetic peptide antagonist of formyl peptide receptor-like 1, also known as FPRL1 or FPR2. It inhibits binding of the agonist WKYMVm to the receptor, making it useful for studying receptor-specific inflammatory signaling. FPRL1 is a chemoattractant receptor expressed in phagocytic cells in peripheral blood and the brain, where it contributes to immune cell migration and inflammatory responses.
