Application: [Arg(Me1)8]-Histone H3 (1–21)-K(Biotin) is a synthetic histone H3 N-terminal peptide monomethylated at arginine 8 and biotinylated at a C-terminal lysine. H3R8 monomethylation is implicated in transcriptional regulation, chromatin dynamics, and modification-dependent interactions between histones and regulatory proteins.
