Application: Beta-Amyloid (25–35) is a short peptide fragment derived from the central hydrophobic region of the beta-amyloid sequence and is widely used as a simplified amyloid toxicity model. Despite its truncated length, Aβ(25–35) rapidly aggregates and exhibits strong neurotoxic activity in cellular and neuronal experimental systems. This peptide is frequently used to investigate amyloid-induced oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, membrane disruption, apoptosis, and neuronal cell death.
