Application: Caspase-3/7 Fluorogenic Substrate is designed for sensitive detection of caspase-3 and caspase-7 activity, two central executioner enzymes in apoptosis. Upon enzymatic cleavage, the AFC fluorophore, 7-amino-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin, is released to generate strong fluorescence measurable at excitation 370–390 nm and emission 500–510 nm. This substrate is widely used in apoptosis assays, programmed cell death research, drug screening, and biochemical analysis of caspase activation.
