Application: gp91 ds-tat is a cell-permeable peptide inhibitor of NADPH oxidase assembly, composed of a gp91phox-derived inhibitory sequence linked to the HIV-tat cell-penetrating peptide. The tat domain enables efficient intracellular delivery, allowing inhibition of NADPH oxidase activity inside cells.
