Application: LL-37 Fragment (18–37) is a C-terminal fragment of the human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide LL-37 and exhibits enhanced antimicrobial activity compared with the full-length peptide. Like LL-37, this fragment adopts an amphipathic α-helical structure that supports interaction with microbial membranes. LL-37 Fragment (18–37) plays an important role in innate immune defense and has been studied for activity against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
