Application: [Lys(Ac)9]-Histone H3 (1–21)-GGK(Biotin) is a synthetic histone H3 peptide acetylated at lysine 9, a modification associated with transcriptional activation and open chromatin structure. H3K9 acetylation reduces histone–DNA interactions and promotes recruitment of bromodomain-containing proteins involved in gene regulation.
