Application: PAR-1 Agonist 3 is a selective synthetic peptide agonist of protease-activated receptor-1, a G protein–coupled receptor responsible for many cellular effects of thrombin. This peptide shows high specificity for PAR-1 over PAR-2 in cell-based calcium signaling assays.
