Application: Chemerin (149–157) is a bioactive C-terminal peptide fragment derived from chemerin, a natural ligand of the ChemR23, also known as CMKLR1, G protein–coupled receptor. This fragment retains much of the biological activity of full-length chemerin, including receptor binding and chemotactic function. It acts as a chemoattractant for immature dendritic cells, macrophages, and natural killer cells and contributes to inflammatory and immune responses, particularly in skin-related systems. Chemerin (149–157) is widely used to study chemokine signaling, immune cell recruitment, inflammation pathways, skin immunity, and GPCR-mediated immune regulation.
