Application: FITC-LC-TAT (47–57) is a fluorescently labeled cell-penetrating peptide derived from the HIV-1 TAT protein transduction domain. This arginine-rich sequence supports rapid cellular uptake and membrane translocation, making it a useful model for studying intracellular delivery mechanisms. The FITC fluorophore is attached through a long-chain spacer to improve stability and reduce interference with peptide activity.
