Application: LCMV GP61 is a synthetic peptide derived from amino acids 61–80 of the lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus glycoprotein precursor and represents an H-2Dᵇ-restricted T-cell epitope. LCMV is a well-established model system for studying antiviral immune responses.
