Noxa A is a pro-apoptotic BH3-only protein that selectively antagonizes anti-apoptotic BCL-2 family members. This peptide is engineered with a poly-D-arginine sequence and glycine linker to enhance cellular uptake, making it useful for cell-based apoptosis studies.
